Both are in a small market in Illinois, where I have family involved in real estate and construction, so it’s been a great way to jumpstart my multi-family journey.As I'm looking to expand, I’m particularly interested in out-of-state investing, since the DC area where I live is a bit too expensive for my investment goals.

Over the past two years, I've completed two primary residence renovations using 203K loans, created one LTR, one MTR, and now I'm excited to expand into flipping.I'm focusing on the Beaverton area and looking to connect with experienced investors who can recommend reliable lenders, wholesalers, or other deal finders.

I could have easily had double the portfolio I now own, and while I'm not complaining by any stretch of the imagination as RE has been very very good to me, it slowed my progress down significantly when interest rates were excellent and I should have been more willing to use leverage.

I aim to invest in multi-family homes with my partner, using a buy-and-hold strategy to build our portfolio and expand over time.

So they are always looking to expand.
