It is common in other states for the taxing authority to be the county, but New England is different. 

My bother/sister in law are moving back from England, and will be renting for a while.Looking for a duplex that was built to be a duplex (...as opposed to a converted SFR).If you have anything, preferably turn-key or post-rehab (but I'm open), let me know.
