The issue we are running into is that lenders are not recognizing the excess amount he earns as income, therefore it looks like he will not be able to afford any loans that he would be approved for.

I believe this is the issue at hand its the collateral.when you look at NPN pricing you will see this.. 

I don’t have any issues with it, he’s only an email or phone call away, at any given time and they’re very reasonably priced for the service and advice that I get.
