A huge wasted expense re-titling the property to a new LLC. 

It is not my requirement to prove it came from elsewhere.It would be more effective to work with the HOA to confirm the actual source of the leak, rather than requiring me to disprove an assumption.In future For issues like this, I suggest contacting the HOA first, as they can coordinate with both of us and identify the source instead of making assumptions.and make our communication smoother.You're making it personal and overthinking it.

Often electric baseboard is most cost effective.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s  a marketing gimmick to get potential borrowers through the door through  weirdly worded non recourse language that is effectively recourse or by offering such terrible leverage borrowers would rather have the recourse and competitive terms. 

THE NEW FLORIDA SQUATTERS LAW WENT INTO EFFECT ON JULY 1, 2024 my Brother was successful with an adverse possession claim in CA.. he was not squatting he owned the property next door and the person who owned it died and I guess had no heirs.

Trying to figure out the proper, best, and alternative routes to making meaningful relationships and wondering what the most effective means is to developing leads that may come along in the probate process. 

But for a sole member or husband and wife owned entity, too easy to do to waste money paying someone else to do it. 

I'm going to do this tomorrow as I need those forms by Wednesday, but I'm trying to avoid wasting that money (although it's arguable that it's still a good deal).I've emailed support, but they did not respond within business hours today, so I thought I would ask on here.

@Lucas Schlund there are several groups pushing to ammend the requirements - hence why it hasn't gone into effect yet.
