@Jeremy H.since NNN leases are Signed with management companies that manage short term vacation rentals, there is a direct relationship.

For out-of-state investing, find a trustworthy property management company and network with local real estate investor groups.

It's the best way for us to grow as companies by sharing what works and what doesn't. 

I currently pay a premium price for my turnovers for a local cleaning company that specializes in STRs.

He is not trustworthy and i would stay far away from that company.
