I have a couple of rental units that I have been wanting to hold on to but I feel like I should sell both of them because I have had my mortgage payed down quite a bit and I have flipped both of them so I feel like I could possibly sit on some coin for a bit and look for better investments and a new goal to follow because I have a new daughter in my life and I would like to see her grow instead I leave the house at 530 am and get home a 630 - 645 Pm .
