myrtle beach is a great investment, although I would not personally invest in myrtle beach proper. we are in ocean lakes which is myrtle beach address but us literally on the road that separates myrtle and surfside.

I would still love to hear anyone's experience with them - mainly just to see if they keep their promises when the rubber meets the road!

But a word of caution- mobile home park investors buy parks not only for the initial return but for the increased resale value as you improve the CAP rates down the road. 

I have two duplexes myself and in a similar situation of what road is going to be better.

You can do that to help cover down payments & closing costs for new real estate investment purchases.Now lets look even further down the road.

I did 4 fundings in Janesville last year and my guy got through the first one on time and for profit we expected then he up and passed away from a Diabetic coma.. leaving me with 3 that I had to work out of .. two I sold right away for what I had in them one we made a small profit It happens.I do background checks  dont really care to much about credit but I dont want any criminals and then If they are married I want to meet the wife and take them to the nicest dinner in town.
