You should confirm zoning allows it, then talk to the neighbors to ensure they are OK with it.

They confirm they are still on board with a date pushback of 11 days. 

The first CPA I worked for told me that tax preparers who are unconfident would print every page generated by the tax software, to make a return look bigger even though it was bloated with unnecesaey supplemental sheets that provided little to no value.

What I do is use my property management software (MagicDoor) to just write one listing and they automatically post it across all the main platforms. 

Based on the results, you may want to renegotiate with the seller if repairs are needed or confirm the buyer's interest if the property condition impacts the deal.
