That's a pretty good gig, social life and church notwithstanding.

My question: is it even realistic to rent out a townhome for $3000 in falls church, Arlington area - either walkable or 2-3 miles from metro. 

My husband and I are the youth leaders at Redemption Road Church in Winfield MO.

I have a rental in Falls Church and I truly feel it's one of the best areas to be in.

The church gets LOTS of tithing from me, since I make more this way, tic.
