If you can do that, and figure out a way to incorporate some type of paid laundry for the guests that do not have it, you could probably get some nice bump in your NOI.

The guy that rents the garage does not live in the apartment upstairs, he texted me today and was really upset that mold was on his belongings (wood chairs, tools, bedroom furniture, etc).
