There is no such thing as get rich quick, if you want to play that game, go to casino and go all in and try to double every time (that's the only get rich quick scheme). 

@Miguel Hernandez You have to realize that any good Contractor will have jobs lined up for a year in advance (or more nowadays).

They may always revolve around the casinos/hotels but they are also expanding past just hotels and entertainment. 

Do you plan on holding the property for long, because nowadays, most properties are negative cashflowing.

We also have a few casinos but I do not fancy us to be Las Vegas by any means.
