Starting with a mentor is very smart – it really cuts down on the learning curve, especially with something like a fix & flip.

If not, cut it all out and put down some strong sturdy plywood.

Focus on the big moves: security, renovations, and cutting dead weight. 

The harsh truth is that you are not cut out for this business.

You can certainly own multiple assets in the same LLC, but I would be careful about operating a business and owning other real estate or investments in that LLC.
