An intentional default seems skirting on fraud as you may lose the tax exempt status and/or the govt issuer may have its credit issuing authority and standing at risk as their ability to issue is not an open door into some vault or as a conduit for private enterprise at any dollar amount.

Turn on both hot and cold washer lines to a very slow stream.if you feel like these are not working, you can always add a hair dryer to blow warm air under your sinks, or on the faucets in your laundry roomIf your home is built on a crawl space, take cardboard and cover all of your vents in your foundation.

, came back, loaded seven bags of garbage into my trunk (the dumpster is on the far corner of the office complex lot), unloaded them, came back, washed up, put out more pastries for the guests to have with their coffee, made the rounds and verified the air conditioning was on all around, attended the morning session ducking out twice to make sure there was enough coffee and creamer for the guests, helped set up for the catered lunch, networked a bit during lunch, took out three more bags of garbage during and after lunch, put out a fresh pot of coffee for afternoon break, and afterward cleaned up the coffee pots and took another 15 bags of garbage out and half a dozen cardboard boxes (I drive a 2007 Ford Focus) before heading home....all on a volunteer basis.

Call your exterminator. have him put out bait traps besides doing the extermination.Recheck bait traps get unit on regular schedule.It's going to be hard to prove they weren't there before... you word against there's right now.Pay for the initial pest service and follow up.Keep the unit on scheduled service for at least the next 3 months.I'd see what the pest guy says about the unit before passing any charges on to the new tenant.Tell tenant that any pest service after 90 days will be at their cost, if you think you can at this point,, with the lease signed you may not have much option to change terms.Unfortunately roaches love cardboard, and especially the glue on the box, and any box they may have picked up for moving could have had them in the box hid under in folds and they wouldn't have noticed them..

Install baffles (strong cardboard can work) for all eve vents so that your insulation doesn't get air-washed from outside.

I wouldn't have an issue renting to someone who has previously filed bankruptcy and already had it discharged, but I wouldn't even consider renting to someone who is contemplating the initial filing of it.
