If I were to ever leave eXp, I'd cash out with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of stock. 

As you scale, if bookkeeping isn't fun for you, consider hiring a bookkeeper for a couple hundred bucks per month.We do 20 out of state Flips/BRRRRs per year and use QuickBooks Online to manage all of our finances for rehabs.

This is what I got from the seller.Remodeling: No remodeling has been done recently but is still in good condition and almost like new: a new 50-year metal roof; new central air and heat; new cabinets, sinks, etc., in the kitchen and baths; new flooring; a new driveway.

Depends on how extensive the remodel work is, a cosmetic flip paint, trim, cabinets, vanities don't trigger permits here in WA state. 

Any way this forum can update/add a search bar so I don’t have to scroll thru hundreds of posts by selecting different pages?
