I assume this income/loss is passed onto your personal return through a K-1 and the business files a 1120? 

  :)   There's so many Gurus pitching this and that without mentioning the risks to them and to the buyers.So glad to hear re your business model being fair to the buyer.   

It's not good to burn bridges in this business, and we agents do a lot of free work that we never get paid for.

Aswe were doing, this, I kept telling him Self Storage right now is oneof the top Real Estate investments out there and there is a lot ofCASH chasing Self Storage investments.

My business partner Chris and Myself make the trip each month to connect.

At the time they had a real estate degree (they probably still do).

@Michael Quarles I can honestly say that I've never gotten any solid business from postcards.

If a wholesaler can still profit while provided “full disclosure” and adhering to the rules and regulations of real estate licensees then they’ve earned their profit.   

Some of our deals took 1 to 3 years or more but when we landed them ( being that timber is a high profit business) these were 6 figure net deals..
