Their clients are mostly folks who can't mentally fend for themselves, but are still physically capable of many things (they can bathe, feed and dress themselves; but can't shop, administer their meds or cook for themselves).

The biggest part of your kit - no matter who it is - is you.How you talk - how you listen - how you look/dress - how your voice mail sounds - how you type your emails (grammar / spelling etc) - are you above their heads - are you explaining things at their level and making them feel good or like children?

You could consider throwing down some LVP plank to dress it up. 

But dressing them up a little bit goes a long way.Be very careful with accepting offers - you want your agent to speak with the buyer's lender and make sure they can actually pull it off.

This includes refining your marketing materials, being clear in your speech and dressing the part.

I wouldn't say your website looks "bad" per se, but it could probably use a little dressing up.

A single mother not dressed well may care lures about her appearance and would want to keep the house prestige in fear of removal. 

@Corbett Brasington, I find this fee, (any way you dress it up) troubling.

I also dress conservatively to stay more relatable and so I can jump into a crawl space to inspect a leak at any moment. 

So we are not trying dress up alterior motives here.
