I work with one worker and we painted every home two coats of paint including the ceilings and even the ceilings, walls and floors in every 2-car garage and we completed every house in 2 to 3 days including cleaning all the floors, under appliances, bathtubs, windows and even the yards and some of the homes were 2700 sq ft.

We own several apartment buildings and we gutted every apartment in every building to the 2 x 4's and spent no less than $25,000 remodeling every unit, but there is still not one day that goes buy where a garbage disposer breaks, or a water heater leaks, or a faucet leaks, or a bathtub faucet drips and we have at least one repair at every building every day.One thing we did was we removed every garbage disposer, every dishwasher and every swimming pool and no tenants ever complained.

There are two different tiles, in the bathtub, looks like someone cut out old moldy tiles and replaced with different tiles and grouted over them, the mold is coming back through.
