I cannot begin to articulate how different these two cities are.

@Marcus Johnson I think that @Chase Gochnauer articulated better than I would have the same thoughts that I was having about your comment regarding having less paid off verses having more units using leverage. 

Little did I know I was touching a sacred cow or I would have spent some more time articulating my motivation a bit better on the original post, though no regrets, this has been quite enjoyable and enlightening regardless.
