Hey @Nova Dear - I've found it hard to find any AMAZING insurance broker locally yet...especially that are local to Chicago. 

You would be amazed by how helpful it is to have that kind of relationship with our people.

I also have significant equity in my home, which I believe gives me a HELOC option for acquiring my first property to BRRRR or flip once I feel educated enough to  do so.The BP podcast has already taught me so much, and I'm gratefully here hoping to learn, share, and apply all you amazing people have to teach. 

I can go to Mexico (Yucatan) and spend less than $200/day and have an amazing time, in awesome hotels, eating fantastic authentic food, drinking until I'm wasted and going on multiple excursions.
