It's not algorithmic like residential lending is.One common structure for commercial lending:Your LO has to sell you a rate (you want lowest possible), and then turn around and sell that same rate to the loan committee (they want highest possible).

You much doe the math on your own, their algorithms for calculating current value are absolutely terrible. 1b) Properties in Wilmington, DE, where I invest, have not been reassessed since 1983...so the values are WAY off.

It’s exceptionally hard to trick google reviews as an example- paid or otherwise false reviews never see the light of day these days because of the backend algorithms that look for patterns / history/ legitimacy of the reviewer.Hope that helps guide you to identifying the legitimate lenders / brokers out there, let me know if I can be of further assistance.
