The house is within a mile of the WalMart Distribution center, and a FedEx hub.  

When the cycle slows down and all those new agents that jumped in have to compete for less transactions they will either up their level or go back to working at Wal-mart etc. to subsidize their income.

Those without bank accounts can always get a Green Dot prepaid ATM card from Circle K or Walmart and use it to pay rent online but because we also own a couple of small retail shops in the area, we do also offer our tenants the option of paying by cash, cashier's check, or money order at our stores.

The building is in a relatively small town, but it's right beside the only Walmart in town and has direct access to the main road.

My name and also the name of the person that has been an owner in the building the longest.I recently printed off the past 6 months of bank statements and went through the charges line by line.Pizza, groceries, food delivery, gas stations, Wal-Mart, ATM cash withdrawals, liquor stores, more liquor stores, and a sex toy store.As soon as I found this, I knocked on the suspect's door and told him that I "found some charges on the account that don't seem legit, the association debit card might be compromised."

I probably haven't done this for 10 years now but I use to make a point of sending a card along with a gift card to Walmart ($20-$50). 

They put a Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington Coat Factory and a bunch of small stores and restaurants.

I gave the tenant a $20 gift card to Walmart as a thank you for assisting me to the point I didn't have to go to the property except to meet the insurance agent.
