I filed on Jan 2023 and its still on going with no sign of court date.My other tenant a middle aged old lady with teenage kids is a characterless & foul mouthed lady who was always tried to make the environment hostile.

The timing has never been right, what with being a teenager, going to college, not having money.....all the usual excuses.

I'm teaching both my teenagers the business.  

We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market on most markets.

Homeless with my single-mother and 3 kids family as a teenager for 4 months living in a tent.

First off, congratulations for working hard from the age of 13 (I worked 40 hours a week during the summer starting at the age of 12 and so I give you lots of respect) and now beginning your real estate journey while still being a teenager.

Aaaaahhhh so let me see, dump my money into a crypto that changes value more than my teenage daughters attitudes, than hand that to a company who is going to loan that out to other people who than use it to buy MORE bi-polar crypto, and IF they pay back on the loan I can make up to, UP TO 8%APY...... or if they don't, loose everything, or most everything, or get paid but now the crypto is worth half...... 

My reason for investigating this field is that after helping my oldest daughter graduate with a degree in architecture, and a teenage daughter getting ready to follow her dreams, it would be nice to develop an additional income stream.  

And, I make note of teenagers to ensure that once they turn 18 they DO get added as an Adult, with that added responsibility.

I’m just coming off a 10 day trip taking my teenagers to see NYC and Washington DC for the first time.
