Here is my dumb question...Can a surveyor compile all existing 3 metes and bounds surveys into the subdivision plat for submission to the county?

He mentioned that we had to fill in submission forms, we didn't get a chance to ask what those forms were because it was after business on Friday when we saw his reply.

He was recently beaten into submission on certain points since his outlandish stances could sustain themselves. 

In my experience, if you don't include a listing agreement with the SS submission package, you can include a letter signed by the borrower explaining how he secured a buyer.

So....I have been beaten into submission and decided to become one for no other reason than to avoid using them.  

Also, I would prefer to not run both my current company and do REI if possible, only because running my contracting company is literally a 16 hour a day job already and I prefer when I do something to focus on one thing and beat it into submission in a sense. 

My questions for the BP community is whether or not email submission is actually allowed? 

At this time, nearly all of the pay-per-lead companies are selling web form submissions.
