Rental demand in our market is off-the-chart; the shortage of properties continues to hit historical lows year-over-year.

However, if you start holding properties in an LLC, you don’t want to flip properties in the same LLC.

I do a lot of boots on the ground stuff for different clients of mine who might need stuff like leasing, walkthroughs, contractor recommendations, but want to be more hands on with the managing of the property.
