Wanted to take advantage of the small/tiny home niche in Houston and provide local and traveling people (nurses etc) a place to recover and relax for a day or two.

The problem was direction and at that time you could be a mechanic, plumber, electrician etc. or a secretary or a nurse.

Traveling nurses, professors or business professionals sometimes have 30-90 day type assignments and they want something more than a hotel.

However, I would like to rent this out to traveling professionals aka traveling nurses, (usually 13 week contracts so semi short-term), or airBNBs (>30days the area I am located has pretty strict airBNB rules so > 30 days allow me to circumvent that).
