We have 2 tenants who are crushing it despite the pandemic: a wine store owner and someone who owns an online business that sells products in the <$200 price range.

However in Lompoc, the wine ghetto is still, well...the ghetto.

It will essentially be 6 floors and 4,000+ square feet with a bunch of crazy extras like a round door, turret, spiral staircase, wine cellar, etc.
