Well An American Piloted jet liner and some of the better european ones and Quantas and Singapore airlines along with Cathey.. :)  you get the point though.. not common. tenants have no money to sue you generally speaking

And we found that by keeping a dynamic pricing structure where we could offer people the small room for maybe $85/night with no breakfast or a regular room for $135/night with breakfast during off season or if we had several rooms open allowed us the option to capture the Canadian and European tourists who came in off the street and usually wanted the cheapest room they could find.

It is very easy to become one with most major credit cards/banks.Regarding investing in a property, you'll most likely need to partner up with someone even when you're 18 and have the legal ability to buy.

We do get Europeans visiting, but not as many as I expected. 

They use the same European hardware as my fancy Italian cabinets and for a true custom look, you could use a company like SemiHandmade for door fronts.In my area, people want a more modern look, so keep that in mind. 

As European travel opens up again, we expect the demand to continue strong!
