Anyone know of any investor-friendly title companies in Sonoma & Marin County who are familiar with assignable contracts and/or double closing, preferably where the End buyer's funds can be used to fund the first deal as well?

I have a basic understanding of construction from being a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps.

I’m a Marine in pilot training and have almost had to take leave in order to find an insurance plan for my first property.

I have a year left in the Marine Corps, and the plan is to do at least 6 BRRRR deals before I get out.

Virtually every 3/2 SFR or up in my county (Marin County) rents in this range, larger homes go for much more. 

I worked on aircraft in the Marines for 8 years, got out, and used my VA loan to get me into a very pricey Fort Collins market, while working a job with a good wage because of my aviation experience, WHILE earning another income to go to school utilizing the GI bill.

I’m in the Marine Corps stationed in Illinois, and my wife is a teacher.

I am contributing to a TSP (currently in the Marines) and want to start investing in real estate.
