Cant go wrong with Honda/Acura...even the drivers seat foam seems to never breakdown...Vivianne Salazar I commend your loyalty to a stick shift......I gave mine up....the 405 freeway broke my during rush hour...but I miss that 5-speed Acura.

It's not as it was decades back, people are very comfortable party jumping today, that is generations of gen-x and later, no loyalty to a party just on banner, no, people expect them to deliver.

I agree completely that loyalty is very important to your relationship with your agent but my experience has shown that I always get preferencial treatment from listing agents when I deal directly with them.
