the property/land is in Miami Beach (not ocean or water facing) about 2 miles west of Collins Ave, 33141. and part of miami beachanyone direction would be appreciated. 

It is consistently listed as a top place to live, and we have a large influx of people moving here from Denver and other parts of the country because in terms of the Colorado Front Range (Colo Spgs - Denver - Fort Collins) it is the most affordable.

@Joseph D Chapman, there is a meetup in Erie, Longmont, Denver and Fort Collins, I believe.
