@Johann Jells Oh, I misunderstood and didn't connect hallway as the common area, I was thinking hallways and common areas as in inside each unit lol plus I sometimes forget my American culture that we wear our shoes inside dirty public bathrooms then walk on the carpet and flooring in our homes as if the bottom of our shoes are clean lol.

Dry cabin culture, called "dry" because they have no running water, is a thing in of itself....awesome or horrifying depending on how attached a person is to modern comforts and conveniences. 

Philadelphia is a great city/region and I have been seeing a lot of great things happening not just in the real estate market, but also with the cultural influence and infrastructure of the region. 

They restored my faith in Mexican culture and the most important thing, we learn the lesson “STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL HOLIDAY !!!”

I also believe that students generally prefer apartment communities or college/dorm culture with amenities (wifi, lounges, meeting rooms, pools, etc.), so most are not suited for SFR living.
