I don't restrict breeds, but I do have a detailed pet policy. 1 of my properties, 1 tenant has a pit and the other has a German shepherd.

@German Torres From my 10,000ft view it looks like you're in love with debt, and its bad debt.

Especially (institutional) US and German investors have therefore become more active here.I hope your views on the Dutch residential market are a bit more balanced now.

In one instance I had a potential renter that was from out-of-country (husband was bringing his new German bride into the country).

We have a 3-bedroom house in Fort Worth, TX area that we just got move-in ready.The new tenant moved in (he's an OWNER in another state, relocates to TX for several years for work, has a dog: german shepherd).

if its existing lot then your list is more appropriate in the land use or land development you would not get into that detail that's for vertical.. two different things.. but both germane to a finished product..
