As it is, they haven't paid Jan 15-Feb 14th yet and dont think I can put up with another month of this anyway now that I'm back to just pack up and I already have a buyer who saw the place before they moved in and recently made a decent offer, that wants to close in a month but would be great if my last month here is in peace not sudden hell.. what hurts the most is I had no idea drugs were involved; its like I came back to a totally transformed family of clones or crisis actors or somethin!

There is some kind of transformation needed to elevate the level of professionalism so this kind of error doesn’t happen in the first place (or is not possible).

I think you need to think about it within the context of the books theme, which is what does it take to transform a company from mediocre or good to great, not non existent to great. 

I hope you too are encouraged and will take it to heart that inspiration and information without personal application will never amount to transformation.
