But I know a new  lawyer, female, with a new job at the comptrolers office who lost a house to other applicants due to one income...she has a non-working spouse.  

My wife and I rent out our 3-story townhouse and we have four post-grad female tenants and a property mgr handling the rental.  

I have been a female in construction directly or indirectly for over 40 years.
