So you have to do what's right for you.But here is what I will tell you, some people are more private and there is nothing wrong with that, if not having anonymity gives you anxiety buying single family home to rent may not be  worth it for you.

So I have a 4X6 index card that I wrote up after my wonderful step mother called a family meeting and said "One of these days I am going to die, here is what I want you kids to do, here is where things go, I have a list of who gets what for my side of the family, you kids get the rest." kind of thing and I had my first anxiety attack.The 4X6 card is a list of the things I HAVE TO DO so that when I come out of the other side of a very dark place things will be in place already and I didn't have a chance to do something stupid like buy 200 acres of land in some tropical 3rd world country that is all buzz right now and think I am going to start a coffee farm on a place with no top soil (if you have read about any of the Costa Rica scams you know what I am talking about) and have NOTHING to fall back in when that blows up in my face.
