Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, North KC, Liberty are growing and nice but not as expensive as Johnson County.

I am an investor in Tennessee and North Georgia, and have had my eye on NC for awhile now.

For Utah county it is the North cities being more valuable than the South. 

Central north Austin, NW Austin, and central south Austin will have some good options.

I want to purchase a property in North Georgia.

One of the largest employers n Albany is a regional hospital, that is about to get some serious competition from the county just to the North, that has a much better school system, and is where a large portion of people who work in Albany live.

You can see decent returns in the city near University Circle, Glenville, and North Collinwood.
