I'm an investor from Atlanta visiting family in the Woodlands this week. 

I am a long time listener trying to get my first property particularly single family rentals in the in and around Houston, woodlands, katy, pearland, etc.Can yall provide any recommendation for commercial friendly bank?

Also looking at woodland acres in 32211 single family as well.. any and all advice would be appreciated on these two neighborhoods as I am out of state.

For those that left early and those that were unable to attend, I run a monthly Commercial Real Estate Investors Mastermind in Woodland Hills.

The CLT market is mostly flat woodland broken up by Lake Normand and the Catawba river that can easily be turned into housing or commercial properties while still being within a reasonable CLT Metro radius.

The same probably holds true in the North Houston area too - the new ExxonMobil campus in the Woodlands, the widening of 45, Conroe is booming at the moment.  

These include North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, and Livingston Park.

Think Pearland, The Woodlands, etc.
