I've met some very highly specialized experts in low income tax credits, corporate accounting and tax, as well as tax resolution. 

The pre-construction option is very risky, and in Calgary you could very well be loosing $50-60k as well in 1-2 years... 

Going to do short term rental as well. 

It’s an item in our roadmap, but maybe I just need to prioritize it to the top of the list in 1H 2024.Bottom line is that I allowed us to stop supporting it several years ago, in a decision I wish I could have back. honestly, I used to use the app personally as well.

I understand where you are coming from as we always did our taxes on turbo tax as well until we purchased rental properties. 

Also, how effective is their CRM—does it integrate well with other tools, and does it offer automation for follow-ups?
