I have always allowed pets with a small fee and think service animals are crucial but don't want to be forced into ESA. 

It would allow Airbnb to screw both hosts and guests (assuming airbnb is the ota chosen).

For Airbnb, do i allow STR stays for the next three months and then block out the calendar beyond 3 months for MTR stays?  

If you are looking to do real estate sales as well you may want to find a brokerage that hires for both at the same time, and check their credibility.
