I’m recently started getting into wholesaling but HAVEN’T gotten my first deal (IT ONLY TAKES ONE DEAL TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE-Max Maxwell), I’ve been driving for dollars & calling people, listening/ watching podcast/videos & reading books so I’m taking action.

As a junior in possession they may work with you.  86k is not enough to do a BK over that would really hurt you going forward. worse that comes out of it is you know their position. its possible though that the property will bid higher than the 600k . if it goes to sale make sure you attend and watch the action very closely make sure bidders that qualify checks are not talking to each other and making side deals so the property only goes for minimum bid and you get nothing.. this is called colluding to stymie open bidding and in some markets it quite common.

But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!

Full time happens with 100+ units and often you see people scale a business on the side, like PM, construction or something unrelated like a resort in Costa Rica ;-) I am no different - I "retired" from my corporate career in 2015 and quickly realized that I can only watch so much daytime TV. 

. - I have not been to an auction at this, point, but if there is a chance of watching a guy sprint out of the auction, jumping over metal detectors (@Robert Taylor) I might be interested!
