I'm not sure if that comes with any pictures or anything but at least with pictures you'd have a visual to know the current position of what you are dealing with.

From the visual, it appears to be an REO (field service notice in window) and it appears that maybe a DIY rehab/addition based on the missing outlet at 6' on the far wall?

As you get paid more yield  lets say a 10 percent cap rate now lets visualize the risk. - TENANTS --- A DOWN MARKET --- EXPENSIVE REPAIRS --- A HURRICANE ETC --- A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT TURNS WRONG.THATS A FEW OF THEM of course there are more. thats why you are getting 10 percent on that cap rate.
