Hey @Robert Calabro  I like Avail mostly because it's user friendly. 

We aren't worried about the cashflow because we want to use real estate as a long-term wealth building strategy.

After noticing some discussions about an overload of Keyword Alert notifications, I wanted to highlight a site function that many users may not be aware of!

They need to sit down in front of the user end with a newbie and have the newbie explain each data portion to them.

You do this by becoming an authorized user on your parents credit card.

Please someone tell me the logic on how costs on the buy side will drop with less agents.I can see good buyers agents commanding over 3% because they are worth it and will be operating against a bunch of poorly trained flat fee discount brokerages.
