Just like everyone out their who are  Big company's like Walmart, Target, etc. have daily issues with customers that need to be resolved in person or online or complaints with the BBB. 

Id reach out to them about the $10 fee, they're customer service has been very helpful with us.

They will look bad and it will likely cost them customers.

It looked it was for someone else's loan There were also fees that I saw disclosed for the first time.They have a link for requests for refunds/customer services.

The CRIM is a good place to start, but be prepared to wait in line or not get good customer service.

I can’t speak to this place but, when dealing with border towns in general, I would find and ask a customs and border patrol agent what they think of the areas.
