Hello Fellow Flippers in Denver Area - Last ditch hope, but I have to put my question out to the Bigger Pockets universe. 

Hello BiggerPockets Community,I recently closed on a duplex near Florida A&M University in Tallahassee on March 31st.

I used to have a 6/2 on Ohio State university campus north of downtown columbus and I got 1600 a weekend and netted 2500 a month probably. a lot of days were vacant but we did really well all the time for huge groups which is a nice I still recommend and there's not a lot. we just sold a new build for a medium term rental in newark close to intel. there's demand for high quality, well furnished places. 

Anyway Edward Losloso calls me and in the first two minutes in thickly accented language tells me they can help me and I need to have a $150 consultation with a lawyer.  

Now you speak for the forum, BiggerPockets, and the universal world as a bastion of correctness in the forums?

There are no university classes that will teach you how to do that.Good Luck!
