Since I posted the original message, we received notice that Union City will be undergoing its first tax reassessment in over 30 years.

That's largely because it is A) In FAR greater shape than most people think it is, causing a pricing inefficiency, and B) undergoing a massive revitalization that's rapidly changing the city for the better.It's a perfect storm for outsized returns.

Knox's Neighborhood" was with Silver Spring Neighborhood Center which is in an area undergoing one of the biggest real estate development projects in the city, taking down the Westlawn Projects and replacing it with mixed income housing.

Medical students, Physicians Assistants on rotations, people who want to be close to family member undergoing long term treatment, etc would also be in need of flexible term furnished housing. 

I currently have 2 Properties; one which is currently rented and the other is still undergoing renovations so I need the ability to track renovation expenses too.
