Debt platforms have an incredible flow of deals (sometimes lending against a vast variety of assets - mainly property, but often luxury boats, race cars, ultra sport cars, jewelry collections etc).

My recommendation is that you do some advertising for towns like Indianapolis and Terre Haute, which are the larger metro areas within an hour away of this super ultra tiny unincorporated place called "Poland."

I think NYC and especially Brooklyn is ultra competitive.  

Everyone has them and they are ultra reliable.

You made a great point - with how easy it is to have discrimination complaints lodged against them, landlords have become ultra rigid - while still staying within the law.
