I'm starting to realize this business takes CONSTANT marketing to keep deals in the pipeline, not just a one-time push.

We have ~35 agents and they primarily come from OSU or right out of college.Ok didn't realize you were broker just said realtor on the website. 

It will be quite a few years before you realize a good return.  

However, after reflection, I realized I was becoming too emotionally attached to my first investment after a 15-year break and faced challenges finding reliable contractors.Update (5/17/23):After three failed contractor attempts, I finally secured a reliable one.

Fixed income- realize you’re talking about interest or dividend bearing.  

I'm new to BiggerPockets as well, but I have been working in the investment industry for over two decades.When I entered the SFR space, I quickly realized that I didn't know enough.

Removing tenants is a serious pain in New Jersey - though I realize those specific deals may be rehab and profit opportunities.

I realized that this isn't "passive" at all and success can be the difference in knowing what's going on and being aloof.

I'll check it out, didn't realize it had similar functionalities.
