sounds like the do hardmoney model and from the same neck of the woods.. would not be surprised if it was the same actors or an off shoot of them 

I was on the HOA board of a luxury building in San Francisco and you would be surprised at how many people will let their dogs pop and pee in the common areas (killing very expensive plantings).

This is surprising given the fact that it is one of Astoria’s most densely populated areas.

I am surprised it took you almost 20 minutes, though.

I am always surprised at how many taxpayers don't want to pay for tax planning so they can make informed decisions.

Upon phone messaging or emailing them my first big surprise was that quite a few commercial agents wouldn’t even return the call or seemed standoffish.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

I've had agents surprisingly show up at houses mid rehab at like 11am and no one was there, then you call the GC and he is like shocked this is happening.
