I am hoping that someone may have some advice in regards to overcoming the fear of being a landlord with no experience.Most people don't have the stomach to be a landlord and that includes a significant percentage of actual landlords.

If you can't stomach being told you are doing it wrong, just avoid me.

I feel sick to my stomach, on the other hand there are not 7 offers for one property anymore.  

If you can stomach the current interest rates, it could allow you to purchase another home with your VA loan and utilize house hacking to cashflow a bit.

Down here they say, "you are crying with a full stomach."

I wake up every morning almost feeling sick to my stomach because of the stress and my lack of direction. 

Unfortunately with the thought of HOA prices going up to $700+ a month in 2023 we couldn't stomach it and had to sell.

This is going to sound crazy but -$98.00 in L.A for the first year is not all that bad if you can stomach it for a while.

Generally the overall return in high appreciation markets has been greater, but like you said you may have to eat some negative cash flow in the beginning, so you'd have to be able to stomach that for a higher return later.
