I don't know about giving a whole month off of rent unless the costs of doing so are not greater than other options in this situation. 

I've thought often about selling this and other properties and going the multi-family route but I think I'll go that route if the market corrects and there are good buying opportunities.Do you invest here in Bothell and if so, are you holding, buying, selling, panicking, celebrating, contemplating, or procrastinating?  

A recent renting study showed that it expects the homeownership rate in the U.S. to continue to decline for at least the next 15 years, which will cause a sustained surge in the demand for rentals.As consumer demand for rentals soars, it begs the question, how will the market manage to keep up?

If I was a wholesaler I would be curious and ask the buyer "so are you going to flip it or rent it out?"

So are you saying I cant deal with an agent if I have a property on contract.

I talked to @Joel Owens and he states that centers under 2M or so are in high demand by investors. 

Prices are rising rising rising but so are rents.

So, are you in a hot area?

We purchased our property back in the end of October and have our own handyman business so are doing the work ourselves.

I'm listening and reading for the best and clearest ways to state my message every day, and so are a lot of other investors.
